Hello Everyone! I hope you all are doing well.
Right now, I live with my roommate. Her name is Neha Sharma & she is like a younger sister to me. Our Present life is all about eating, drinking, seeing, reading, cooking, working; but there is not anywhere to go for weekend fun because of quarantine (pandemic – Covid-19). But still we’ve plenty of things to eat, see and do.
We do some interesting stuff that help us to relieve stress and relax our mind. So, in quarantine days we are doing a lot of things with my roommate such as spend time to watch funniest shows on Netflix or Amazon Prime & One of my favorite comedy shows are “Friends, The Big Bang Theory & The Office”.
Today she tried to paint my favorite God “Lord Shiva”. This painting is her first attempt and it’s very..very..impressive. Art therapy is so meditative because it’s a simple way to express your creativity, reduce stress, improve mental health as well as get in touch with your true feelings. Next time whenever you feel low or get bored… Just draw your feelings on paper or sketchbook. Start coloring your dreams to create beautiful imagination or pictures. Don’t you think a person who can paint or draw is truly lucky because it’s an art or God’s Gift?
It takes lot of time, it takes effort, but the final prize is worth it!
